INTRODUCTION & BINDING AGREEMENT

Welcome to instantloans.ai, operated by Sovereign Nexus Holdings LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, interacting with our proprietary AI systems, or submitting an application for a lead transfer, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your interaction with our platform, including clicking "Submit" or checking any consent box, constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act). If you do not agree to these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using this service.
ELIGIBILITY

Our services are exclusively available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are legal residents of the United States. By using instantloans.ai, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and at least 18 years of age to use InstantLoans.ai.
THE SERVICES – NO LENDER-CREDITOR RELATIONSHIP

Instantloans.ai is strictly an automated financial lead capture, data verification, and brokerage matching platform. SOVEREIGN NEXUS HOLDINGS LLC IS NOT A LENDER, CREDITOR, OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. We do not make credit decisions, we do not originate loans, we do not guarantee that your application will be approved, and we do not endorse any specific lender. Our proprietary AI system verifies applicant data and routes intent-driven leads to third-party lending networks. Any loan agreement, interest rate, Annual Percentage Rate (APR), or financial terms are determined solely by the third-party lender. We do not charge consumers fees for using our matching services.
TCPA & SMS COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

By providing your mobile telephone number and submitting your information, you provide your explicit prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive recurring automated SMS text messages, telemarketing messages, and voice calls exclusively from Sovereign Nexus Holdings LLC and the specific lending partner dynamically matched and disclosed to you at the time of submission. You acknowledge that these communications may be generated using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or artificial/prerecorded voices. Consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchasing any good or service or obtaining a loan. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke this consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message. For assistance, you may reply "HELP". Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your ability to use the site, but may limit real-time application updates.
USER DATA, PRIVACY & AI PROCESSING

You authorize instantloans.ai to utilize advanced proprietary AI systems to perform real-time automated data validation on the information you submit. You consent to the immediate distribution and syndication of your data to our network of third-party lenders and affiliates to facilitate your loan request. You acknowledge that participating lenders may verify your social security number, perform credit checks (including hard or soft inquiries with bureaus like Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion), and review your financial history. Our data processing practices are further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, code, proprietary AI engines, algorithmic workflows, graphics, and the domain instantloans.ai are the exclusive intellectual property of Sovereign Nexus Holdings LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, which includes, but is not limited to: (a) submitting fraudulent, synthetic, or inaccurate personal/financial data; (b) using automated scripts, scrapers, bots, or spiders to access, reverse engineer, or interact with our AI systems; (c) submitting multiple applications to spam the network; and (d) engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Sovereign Nexus Holdings LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, the accuracy of the AI data verification, platform uptime, or the likelihood of lender matching. We explicitly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOVEREIGN NEXUS HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY LOANS OBTAINED THROUGH THIRD-PARTY LENDERS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL TORTS, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sovereign Nexus Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, AI operators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with your access to the platform, your submission of fraudulent data, your violation of these Terms, or any violation of the TCPA arising from inaccurate phone number submissions.
MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. You and Sovereign Nexus Holdings LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of instantloans.ai shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and not in a court of law. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. FURTHER, YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING (CLASS ACTION WAIVER). The arbitrator may not consolidate multiple individuals' claims. You have the right to opt-out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@instantloans.ai within thirty (30) days of your first use of the platform. If you do not opt-out, this agreement remains fully binding.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any disputes relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any arbitration or legal proceeding shall take place exclusively in Wyoming.
SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Section 13 of 14
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sovereign Nexus Holdings LLC regarding the use of instantloans.ai.
