How We Share Information
InstantLoans.ai operates as a loan marketplace. To provide our core service (connecting you with lenders), we must share your loan application data with our network of verified lending partners. This sharing is considered a "sale" under California law.
If you opt-out, we will be unable to match you with lenders, and your pending loan applications on our platform will be canceled. If you already received a loan, opting out here will not affect your existing relationship with that specific lender.

To permanently opt-out of data sharing and have your PII cryptographically removed from our active matching systems, please proceed to our secure Opt-Out portal.
If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, please email us directly at compliance@instantloans.ai with proper authorization documentation.
