Our protocol facilitates the matching between individuals seeking liquidity and a network of independent capital providers. We do not grant loans, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not guarantee that any user will receive a funding offer.

2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Protocol Usage Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using this portal, you expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Casper, Wyoming.

3. Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be determined by binding arbitration in Casper, Wyoming, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS or a similar recognized body.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law, InstantLoans.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of APR rates, repayment terms, or the conduct of any third-party liquidity node within our network. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before signing any loan agreement.

5. Modifications to the Protocol

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the InstantLoans.ai protocol after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
